2025 Family Guide

Goodness, do we have a fun-packed evening in store for this year's Jesus Girls conference!

FRIDAY, MARCH 14

• T-Shirt Pickup: ​3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  If you want your Jesus Girl to wear her t-shirt to the conference, feel free to pick it up Friday afternoon from the Family Life Center.

SATURDAY, MARCH 15 

• Registration Opens/Dropoff at the Family Life Center at: 4:30 p.m. 
  You may drop off your Jesus Girl at the Family Life Center starting at 4:30 p.m.  Please bring your child into the center and check her in so we can confirm all your contact information. Or drop her off with one of our volunteers outside.
• Dinner: 5 p.m. 
  We'll kick things off with a fun pizza party with all the Jesus Girls and the awesome teenagers and leaders helping for the evening. NOTE: if you have any food/allergy concerns, please let the leaders know during registration.
• FUN, FELLOWSHIP & FRIEND-MAKING: 5:30 p.m. - 8:50 p.m. 
  We have a host of activities ready for your Jesus Girl.  We'll share laughs, learnings and lots of fun throughout the conference.
• Jesus Girls Pickup Car Line: 9 p.m. 
  We'll wrap things up with a special service for the Girls and their youth leaders in our Sanctuary around 9 p.m.  Due to the large number of Jesus Girls this year and the possible rain on Saturday, we're asking for all families to use the Car Line for pickup.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AS WE WORK TO MAKE FOR A SAFE DISMISSAL PROCESS.

Can I Stay and watch Throughout the evening?

We’re so excited for the girls to experience this powerful event! Due to limited space, we have a VERY full house (YAY!), and we want to create an environment where the girls can fully focus on the worship and messages. While we won’t have extra seating available for parents, we encourage you to tune in to our livestream of the final worship service and be part of the experience from home. Thank you for understanding and supporting this special time for them! 💕

HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?

Pickup will begin around 9 p.m. Saturday. Lineup will begin along Willow Street on the north side of the church.  To ensure a smooth and safe process, here’s what you need to know:

• Guardian Check-In: Girls will only be released to the approved guardians listed on their registration form unless pre-approved with our registration team. 
• Stay in Your Car: We will have a drive-through pickup system to keep things moving efficiently. Volunteers will help guide your girl(s) to your vehicle.
• Be On Time: The event ends at 9 p.m., so please arrive promptly to avoid delays.

What should my Jesus Girl Bring?

We have pizza for dinner, cookies for snacks, and TONS and TONS of glitter!  

​So unless she has specific medical needs (and please make sure our team knows about them), she shouldn't need to bring anything else with her. In fact, as they move classrooms, we don't want to risk losing something!

All she needs is a positive attitude, an open heart to learn and make friends, and an excitement for the evening!  Most importantly, she should come expecting God to move in big ways! We can’t wait to see her there! ✨🙌

Will THE Conference be Livestreamed?

We will be streaming the final speaker and worship service -- starting around 8 p.m. or so.  We welcome you tuning in from the car line or your homes and joining us in this special event. We appreciate all your prayers that God moves these girls' hearts!

WORKSHOPS:
​JESUS GIRLS STYLE
​
Each Jesus Girl will be put into a small, similar-aged peer group who she will be with throughout the evening.  Each group is led by volunteers and teenagers from churches across the area.  From workshops on building self-esteem to being a good friend, the girls will get to learn from leaders -- and each other -- as they develop friendships and have fun at the same time.

AND DID WE MENTION THE DANCING?

If there's one thing our girls love, it's fun!  Throughout the evening, the girls sing songs and learn new dance moves as they get into the spirit of the conference.  It's a fun vibe and a chance for the girls to let loose in a friendly, encouraging environment.

A CHANCE FOR COMMUNITY

One of our greatest goals for Jesus Girls is to give each girl a chance to learn more about herself as she grows to understand God's path for her in the future.  We work hard to make each girl feel she can share her questions, opinions and concerns among a safe community of friends.
